Warranty and Guarantee
Proof of Purchase | When purchasing products directly from HBI, our packing slip/invoice serves as your proof of purchase receipt. When purchasing products from a HBI Authorized Dealer, their sales receipt serves as your proof of purchase receipt.
Limited Lifetime Warranty | Products purchased directly from HBI are covered by a limited lifetime warranty (“Warranty”). This Warranty guarantees that our products will be free of manufacturing, material, and assembly defects for the life of the product. Furthermore the Warranty covers not only the original purchaser, but in many cases we extend this Warranty as transferable to all future owners of our products. In order to maintain Warranty the following criteria must be met:
- Product must be a genuine HBI manufactured part; evidenced by proof of purchase, service mark, or other qualifying characteristics or criteria.
- Product must not show damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or any unauthorized repair or modification.
- Any damage or issue caused by another manufacturer’s part is not covered under the Warranty.
- Normal wear and tear of finishes on both metallic and polymer parts may not be covered under Warranty.
This Warranty serves to guarantee that HBI products will be repaired or replaced if required by the Warranty. HBI shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damage(s) and under no circumstances will be liable for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
